BLOCKS


Blocks are what keeps us from moving forward and experiencing personal success.  Blocks are impediments that present themselves to us as we start to change our thinking.  Positive thinking starts the water flowing as the water (positivity) flows we come in contact with blocks that impede that flow.  These blocks cause us to become depressed or aware of the impediment..

Positivity flows and as it flows we come to the realisation of blocks that are obstructing the free flow and needs to be eliminated to allow the free flow to not only continue but progress.

 Wounds and blocks in one’s life keeps the person from moving forward and finding your souls desire and thereby keeps you from success.

Blocks and wounds cause us to close our hearts. When we have open hearts intuition draws us to things that will nurture us and enable us to grow.  When we are blocked growth is inhibited.

These blocks or wounds are usually linked to the PAST as a result we need to resolve the issues of the past or they will keep coming back until we heal.  We heal by linking our present pain or block to the past.  Heal the wound and move on. Link what you are feeling today to the PAST. Re-Live the feelings of the present and enrich it.


FEAR of going to the PAST means there is healing to be done.  All pain is the same simply manifested in different ways (details are different).  When you hear or share pain it heals wounds.  When you share feelings know that you are not alone.  If you want the freedom to create the life you want you must FREE yourself from the past.

You feel a release when the block is removed from the top of your head to the tip of your head to the tip of your toes.  You need to acknowledge the BLOCK.  Look at how you have contributed to it and deal with it. 

Where there is ANGER, there is FEAR, SADNESS, and SORROW.

ANGER – what happened

FEAR – What could happen

SADNESS – what did not happen

SORROW – what can’t happen


When there is pain there is FEAR. The reason we look at the past is to help heal wounds.  What from our expectations of our future is linked to our past experiences. (Fear that it can occur again).

PROCESS THE PAST

Processing the past involves the following

  1. Link
  2. Relive
  3. Enrich

    What makes you Unhappy  - Link it to the past
    Imagine the feelings you experienced and link it to the past

You can process the PAST by writing a letter that involves  steps 1 and 2  by Enriching the process by the writing of the letter which allows you to heal

The letter can enable you rot get in touch. Don’t just write a letter write a feeling lette
